Last updated: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the document assistance services provided by MabuhayConnect. MabuhayConnect is an independent, privately operated document assistance service based in Canada and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any Philippine government agency.
1. Services
MabuhayConnect provides administrative assistance for Philippine government documents on behalf of clients residing in Canada. We are an independent private service provider. We do not issue, approve, or guarantee any government document.
2. No Guarantee of Government Issuance
MabuhayConnect does not guarantee approval, issuance, release or specific processing times for government-issued documents. All government decisions concerning eligibility, verification, approval and issuance remain under the responsibility of the relevant government agency.
3. Service Responsibilities
We provide administrative assistance, document coordination and follow-up support. You are responsible for providing accurate information, submitting authentic documents, and complying with government requirements. Government approvals cannot be guaranteed, and processing and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed under an applicable agreement.
4. Processing Times and Delays
All processing times provided are estimates based on typical government agency timelines. Actual processing and delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our reasonable control, including NBI HIT or additional verification, government office procedures, missing requirements, official system outages, public holidays, and courier delays.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in their applications. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in processing delays or additional fees.
6. Fees, Payment and Taxes
Service fees are as listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is required before processing begins. Applicable Canadian taxes are added at checkout. Official government charges are separate unless expressly included in the selected package, in which case they are disclosed before payment and not charged again.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Limitation of Liability
MabuhayConnect shall not be held liable for delays caused by Philippine government agencies, postal or courier services, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
