Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of personal information that MabuhayConnect holds about you, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, transaction, fraud-prevention and record-retention requirements.

To request deletion, contact MabuhayConnect using the privacy contact information below.

Please provide sufficient information for us to locate your account or service request. For security, we may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.

Do not send passwords, complete credit card numbers or unnecessary sensitive documents in your initial deletion request.

After your identity and request are verified, MabuhayConnect will delete or anonymize information that is eligible for deletion and advise you if particular records must be retained for legal or legitimate compliance purposes.

MabuhayConnect does not currently offer Facebook Login or any Meta account sign-in, so we do not receive Facebook profile information through a login flow. If you contacted us through a Meta advertisement or lead form, the information you provided there is treated the same way as any other customer information, and the deletion request above applies to it.

You can also revoke a platform's access to your account at any time in that platform's own settings.
